Life Without Envy with Camille DeAngelis. We discuss three vignettes on the nature of the ego, how she laid the foundations of this book in a Florentine notebook, and how to let go through yoga, meditation, mind mapping, and compassionate eating.

She writes, "If you’re tired of comparing yourself to others, tired of feeling frustrated, anxious, undervalued, jealous, invisible, inadequate, overlooked, taken advantage of, misunderstood: this book is for you."
